She sat at the edge of her seat, staring at the eternity outside. Thinking. Thinking why the hell it had to happen. It wasn't as if she had a choice though it seemed she did. It would have been selfish if she had said no. You'd wonder if it would ever happen, what with the 3 months or so to and fro. She called Donna. She wasn't free. She called Pam. She didn't want to be free. She cried.
Well, that was about all of her friends she had to call. "Go home" He said. "What do I have to do? Plus I don't want to hear all that talk about the wedding again." "You do and I'll provide."
She left.
She sat on the bus holding back tears, determined to remain dry for 7 stops. She slept at the 3rd stop. Her phone rang on the 5th. It was Skip. She didn't know. He needed something. She stopped and walked back with a little more stride than before. "Thanx Amy." "Anytime." That was all she needed.
