"Art challenges technology, and technology inspires the art." ~ John Lasseter
Its amazing what technology does to life. Makes it so much easier. Instead of scoring my songs I can just record them and type out the lyrics. Enhances photos, makes people look and sound better, even... LIE.
But of course there are people who need the skill more than others for reasons like digitally enhancing their figure. Most of us aren't fully contented with how we look but guess what! You're gonna look like that for the rest of your life and someone out there loves you that way. Cos He made you. I wouldn't give a damn if you're "heavy-bottomed" or not. I've laid it all down and even despite whatever you're trying to do (really. whatever it is), I love you. My friend may say otherwise.
I may hate pink and think its the devil's colour. OR dislike those coloured sugar coated overrated cupcakes. EVEN think that "ah lian" is a bad label for a person.
BUT
I don't not like you. You've got potential. JUST STOP COVERING IT UP!!!
(and by the way, I didn't join sgfriends to get votes. I just wanted to see the comparison of blogs that get voted and those that don't.) And results show that about 1/4 people get their friends to vote them a 10. Now is that fair? I don't care. I like a fair judgement though and its coming. :)
So love yourself for who you are, not what you want to be. Then everyone will love you for who you are. Really.
