Oh Depression

I wrote a songs a few weeks ago. It was my first full band song, very emotional, very CCM.

Guess what?

I LOST IT. yes. Lost it. It was on something and I dont remember what. I can't remember the tune or the lyrics or even what I wrote it on.

This is terrible. I'm sad right now. ): HOW COULD I LOSE A SONG! noooooooooooooooooo

one word: awesome.

Did you know the auditions for the TNG band was yesterday? Yes. It was yesterday and all through the audition, it was tiring and not avoiding the fact they had 4 hungry judges. Everything seemed normal and it was about to end with the last person on guitar. Somehow, he said the things that a lot of people in my cluster have been looking for. (Not sure about the rest)

The question is, what is worship? (since there's an audition tonight, I will not disclose til the next post)

Its not about telling us the right answers from the book, not just about music, and entirely not about you. Its all about the one we are giving our worship to. So until you can define worship...GOOD LUCK!

I'm joking but there's some truth in it though. (:

And yet again, another disgusting metaphor. Something badly described about life, doors, hallways and some key. No metaphoric comparison could ever bring about the description of this disaster quite so...disasterous.

not again

I'm becoming sappy again. NO!!
This weekend has been the most refreshing one I've had so far in a long time. Thank God Tee cancelled the meeting. I got to play a little ball and realised how much I missed it - the feel of gaining posession of the ball and executing perfect passes, perfect scores and just playing with my mates.
Next year we must have a team. I don't care what team, got team can already.

Today
Played for Silverboxes with Selwyn. I had a really great time surprisingly. Thanx Selwyn and Cai Ying!
After worship for both 9 and 11 am, I stayed and chatted with Eunice, played Caps ball, badminton, then went home to watch tv. Actually, I borrowed a vcd to kill the 2 hours I had before watching Wendy Wu Homecoming Warrior. It was good.

I painted my shoes and they look incomplete. ITS OK! It will be completed soon and I think it would be quite cool although I wouldn't want to spoil it. Its going to be very precious.

On a lighter note, Happy birthday Glenn, Yinyee, Mark, Joshua and Joezer! all the nov babies I know.

School tmr. UT tmr. Should I give up on school?

Relief on LRT

not THAT kind of relief.

We had a W&M gathering after eons yesterday and it was gooooood.
We were gathered at serangoon Mrt then headed off to ponggol and took the LRT.
The people there obviously decided to save on electricity. The moment we stepped off the Mrt, the escalators and aircons were not functioning as they should be.

Out of pure genius and not listening to James, we climbed 3 stories to the LRT.
In effect with this madness, Luke decided to tell Felicia his stories about reserving seats for his friends with his leg. Apparantly, everyone heard it. He attempted to illustrate the annoyance of one woman with a loud " EXCUSE ME". The whole station turned and stared whist Felicia ran round the pillar and away. Her face was RED.

The LRT was uncooperative. It wasnt in service TWICE. When it finally came, everyone crammed into the small space. Finally getting to Jose's house, we had a very effective lunch followed by a lot of time with God! That was good. After 3 hours of planning, Zhon Yun, Joee and I finally decided to leave together.

We hopped onto the LRT and squeezed onto 2 seats, renaming schools "Longtong secondary", "Springroll Secondary" and "Spring Onion Secondary". The next time you see one, ZY would most likely be the principal.

This madness is going to spread.

Meeting next sunday. My stomach is doomed.

Parachute Band

Here's what went down on saturday.
Riverlife church hosted the Parachute band workshop and concert for that day.
I found Shalom beside them, in a new state. The only thing left untouched was probably the bell tower.

Anyway, the experience on saturday took my mind away from everything. The Lord spoke to me and he said to let him handle everything and I shall focus on my ministry.

Ain't that just cool?
The burden is finally lifted and Sunday's meeting was actually relieving.

I got to worship with Parachute band and have personal sessions with Julia Grace. She's got an amazing voice. Im starting to like New Zealand. (:

I believe.

New kids on the block

I have new neighbours. They're the very people I try to avoid. Not that I don't like them, they just speak chinese really loudly. They stand in front of each other and talk as if the other person is at the next block. Not only that, its in chinese, something my brain refuses to understand.

Sad.

P.B.Q.- Please Be Quiet

On the ride home from school today, I did a lot of thinking.
Hey, its a long ride .
I figured I can't write that last song. I can't do anything but love.
Despite the lie, I still love. WHY?

Tell me what I'm waiting for Lord, please.

Here's what interrupted my train of thought.
Haha get it? TRAIN of thought? *slap*

There was this large woman. Larger than me. She was fumbling with her wallet and trying to stuff some 4D tickets into her card holder. Coincidentally, a coin decided to fall out of her card holder when she wasn't looking, and into her folded jeans. You know the bottom of your jeans when its too long? Yes. I dropped in and she didn't realise.
As for me, I dropped at my stop and wondered what really happened to the coin after that - if she'd realise to her horror that one of her coins dropped in there or it would be completely illiminated from her life forever.

Oh well. Thats a mystery to be solved.

Love does strange things to you. I see why Audrey is the way she is. (its not bad you know)

These past 6 months have not been easy for me but you all just make it seem like a breeze.

A word to all you people out there. LISTEN UP!
Although there are things of this world out there that seem to be able to take it all away, the truth is, nothing can. I have been searching for years for an answer, just something that would make me forget and move on. Then I found Jesus. You might not know it but its true. I pray that all of you out there will find Jesus, through someone or personally, either way it would do me great joy to know you are in good hands. So please please please know where your influences are. The Lord is great and mighty and nothing, I repeat, NOTHING can stop him from loving you. All you need to do is listen.

i need a carebear

Talk about emotional shields. The things that you use to protect yourself from the hurt and actually showing everything you think you're keeping inside.

Thats not all, but I lost everything to a song I just wrote. Guess its all in that song now. I need to convert songs to html. Anyone have any idea? Please tell me.
